The Milesight VS133/VS135 (model code: MS-VS133 / MS-VS135) is an overhead AI ToF (Time-of-Flight) people counting sensor delivering anonymous, privacy-safe detection with high accuracy for entrances and retail aisles. Its PoE deployment and analytics make it a strong fit for shopping centers and office lobbies in Saudi Arabia.

Beyond basic counting, the VS133/VS135 supports up to four customizable detection zones with dwell-time analysis and heat-map visualization, U-turn filtering to avoid double-counting, staff exclusion via lanyard tagging, and adult/child differentiation. Milesight rates the sensor at 99.8% counting accuracy under normal conditions.
The VS133 draws PoE via IEEE 802.3at, while the VS135 also offers 4G/LTE, Wi-Fi HaLow, and LoRaWAN connectivity for sites without a wired network run. The enclosure carries an IP40 rating and operates from -20C to 50C, with local storage for up to one million data records and CSV export for reporting.
The sensor measures 180 x 26 x 72mm and weighs 226g, small enough for discreet ceiling mounting, and multiple units can be stitched together to cover wide entrances or multi-lane corridors. It is GDPR-certified for anonymous detection, with CE, FCC, and RoHS compliance for Saudi and GCC procurement requirements that reference international certification.
Milesight also documents a Radar ESG mode, which powers the ToF sensor down automatically when no presence is detected, reducing draw on shared PoE budgets in multi-device installations. For retail and lobby deployments across Saudi Arabia, the added zone analytics and shopping-cart fill-level detection give facility teams occupancy and flow data beyond simple headcounts, useful for mall operators and giga-project retail zones sizing staffing and layout.
