Extend PoE Beyond 100 Meters Without New Cable

The AETEK 2E11-110-RX-V2 is a 1-port PoE PD EPo2 receiver adapter. It accepts 48-56V DC / IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ input and passes power and data through to a connected device. The unit pairs with an AETEK 2E10-110-TX-V2 transmitter at the network switch end.

How It Works

The 2E11-110-RX-V2 reuses existing 2-conductor wiring, such as old doorbell cable or telephone wire, instead of new Cat5e/6 cable. This makes it a practical fit for retrofit projects across Saudi Arabia, where pulling fresh structured cabling is often impractical or costly.

Installation is plug-and-play. No configuration, software, or network setup is required. The adapter simply connects between the 2-wire run and the powered device.

Extended Range

Standard PoE is limited to 100 meters at 100 Mbps. The 2E11-110-RX-V2 and its matching 2E10-110-TX-V2 transmitter extend that reach significantly over 2-wire cable.
